Blackberry Ginger Spiked Lemonade
- 10 lemons, juiced. approx. 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of warmed honey
- 4 cups water
- 1-2 teaspoons of Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Dark Vinegar (start with 1 tsp. add more if desired)
- 1 cup vodka
Combine lemon juice, warmed honey, and water in large pitcher and mix. Add Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Dark Vinegar to taste, adjust if needed. Add vodka, stir and serve!
