Similar to our Raspberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar, our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy. This version is lighter calorically and flavor wise versus its dark counterpart. Both sweet and tart, use it in mixed cocktails, as a glaze, marinade, or salad dressing.
