This early harvest high phenol Kalamata is sweet and fragrant with notes of rose petal and artichoke. The combination of picking the fruit early at an extremely low green maturity index and minimal processing has resulted in high phenol content and extraordinarily high amounts of the antioxidant Oleocanthal. With a creamy mouth feel followed by a strong peppery build, it's quite the pleaser.
