This oil is produced from 100% Biancolilla olives grown in Sicily and crushed immediately after harvest. Light green in color, this varietal is medium fruity, creamy and complex with notes of fresh herbs, tomato and artichoke. Use on steamed or broiled fish, goats cheeses and in cakes or pastries.
