Blackening is a cooking technique most often used in Cajun cuisine. Our blend isn’t overly spicy and offers a quick, easy way to blacken meats. Simply rub a small amount of our Garlic, Peppercorn, Smoked Chaabani Infused Olive Oils on your meat, dredge it in this seasoning and pan sear the meat in a preheated pan.

This spice, along with all of our spices are vegan, gluten-free and kosher. It's custom made from premium ingredients and blended in Denver, CO.
