A different way to taste fine oils and vinegars, immersed in either one of Fort Collins oldest and finest buildings - the Opera Galleria, built in 1800s - or our sister location in Orchard Town Center, located in Westminster.

Tours are approximately 1 - 1.5 hours long. Attendees will get to taste up to 6 oils and/or vinegars and receive a complimentary 60ml bottle of oil or vinegar of choice. No children under the age of 10 are permitted.
This private tasting takes place in either our Fort Collins or Westminster shop. All Private Tour attendees are responsible for commuting themselves to and from the tasting. We ask you bring a water bottle and whatever clothing you need to feel comfortable inside at about 60 - 70 degrees. Once purchased, we will call to schedule a time for your group.
