Our California Roasted Almond oil is expeller pressed and lightly filtered with an amazingly delicate nose and deep roasted flavor. It's great for sautéing, drizzling, baking, dipping and as a vinaigrette.

Try it in exchange for butter in baked recipes, like cinnamon rolls, chocolate cupcakes, chocolate ship cookies, lemon bars and granola. (Our Ginger Apricot and Vanilla Almond Granola recipes are amazing!) It also can be used to make homemade beauty products.

Vinegar Pairing Recommendations: Raspberry, Sicilian Lemon, Black Cherry, & Espresso.
