Roasted Baby Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 24 baby potatoes, scrubbed and halved
  • 3 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Cilantro & Onion Infused Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Zesty Italian Seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

Line a baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with foil. Wash and halve the potatoes and then place in a large resealable plastic bag.

Add olive oil and Italian seasoning, then seal the bag and shake until all potatoes are coated evenly.

Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Roast in an oven at 400 F until tender. For best results, flip the potatoes halfway through cooking time, about 30 minutes.
