Ancho Honey Rub

Made from dried, pulverized poblano peppers, this blend is sweet and full- flavored. A very convenient powder with medium heat and an earthy, mildly fruity flavor with hints of coffee and a faint raisin taste.

Blended in Fort Collins, CO.
