• 0.5 oz Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Black Currant Dark Balsamic Vinegar
• 0.5 oz honey simple syrup
• 0.25 oz lime juice
• 6 oz seltzer water
• fresh mint

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

1. Make honey simple syrup by dissolving equal parts honey with warm water.
2. Mix all ingredients together in an 8 oz glass and stir together with ice.
3. Garnish with mint and add your favorite liquor if desired.
