Sage Olive Oil Sour
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
In a shaker, add gin, lemon juice, egg white, olive oil and simple syrup.
Shake the mixture for 30 seconds, then add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with a few drops of bitters and a fresh sage leaf.
