This colorful salsa made using mangos, strawberries and our Alfoos Mango Balsamic, is the perfect combo of sweet, spicy and refreshing. It's perfect over grilled fish or chicken, like Grilled Citrus Tuna.

Ingredients:

• 1 mango, chopped
• 5 - 7 large strawberries, chopped
• 1/2 white onion, chopped
• 1 jalapeño, chopped
• 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 2 tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Alfoos Mango Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Grind Spice Co Chipotle Salt
• 1 avocado, chopped

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy cold or at room temperature.
2. Enjoy! Will keep for a day or two.
