Nothing pairs with premium oils and vinegars like delicious spices and seasonings. So it was a natural evolution to expand the gourmet products we carry to include a new line of spices.
This new line of spices and seasonings are made from super quality ingredient milled and ground right in Fort Collins! Here are some of our favorite spices, seasonings and sugars from our newest line – Grind Spice Co!
Poudre Valley Poultry Seasoning: This is a go-to seasoning for adding pizazz to your turkey or chicken. Zesty garlic and tomato flavors meld with balsamic and basil creating a great dry rub, or a great wet rub when mixed with our Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil, Garlic Infused Olive Oil or Milanese Gremolata Infused Olive Oil.
Lemon Sugar: For lemon-lovers, this sugar is delicious dusted over sugar cookies or pound cake. Try mixed with herbs and sea salt to finish off delicious roasted potatoes. Rim a glass with it and indulge in a lemon drop martini or unsweetened ice tea.
Herb Delight Oil Dip: A wonderful combo of flavorful herbs and a touch of spicy peppers! Place in a shallow dish and add just enough of our Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil or Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil to cover the herbs. Tear off a good- sized hunk of warm Italian bread and enjoy!
Devil’s Backbone Blend: One grind of this blend will spice up any dish. The heat of habañeros and other chilies play off the toasted, savory spices to make an irresistible complement to your favorite sauce or marinade. Perfect for grilling!
Thai Green Curry: This blend the rich flavor of traditional green curry, with spices like lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal with spicy green chiles. Mix 1 tablespoon curry powder with 1 tablespoon each of our Persian Lime Olive Oil and 1 tablespoon of water. For a traditional Thai paste, use fish sauce and a squirt of lime instead of water.
