Berry Bliss Overnight Oats

I N G R E D I E N T S :
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Raspberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- toppings: additional berries, nuts, or granola
I N S T R U C T I O N S :
- In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Raspberry Balsamic, maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
- Layer the mixed berries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give it a good stir and top with additional berries, nuts, or granola for crunch.
