- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Season ribs generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat Chipotle Olive Oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high. Sear ribs on all sides until deeply browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened. Stir in tomato paste and cook 1 minute.
