  2. Toss the shrimp in the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, until they are opaque and cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make the salsa.
