• 4 tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Lemon Fused Olive Oil 
• 1 tablespoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Tarragon White Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 to 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• fresh ground pepper to taste

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

Whisk all ingredients together, or put them all in a Mason jar with a lid and give it a good shake. Add to any salad or use as a marinade for veggies, chicken or shrimp.
