This refreshing cocktail combines the herbal notes of tarragon with the tart sweetness of our Tarragon Balsamic and lemon, perfectly complementing the botanicals of the gin. Cheers!

I N G R E D I E N T S :

• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Tarragon White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• sparkling water or tonic water, to top off
• ice cubes
• fresh tarragon sprig, for garnish
• lemon twist, for garnish

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Tarragon Balsamic, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add a few ice cubes and shake well to chill the mixture.

3. Strain the gin, vinegar, and lemon juice mixture into the prepared highball glass over the ice cubes.

4. Top off the glass with sparkling water or tonic water, whichever you prefer.

5. Give the drink a gentle stir to combine all the flavors.

6. Garnish with a fresh tarragon sprig and a twist of lemon zest.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
