Spiked Pumpkin Spiced Apple Cider
- 8 oz. apple cider
- 1.5 oz. of whiskey or rum
- 1 teaspoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Company Pumpkin Pie Spiced White Balsamic Vinegar
- Whipped cream for topping the cider
- Grind Spice Co. Pumpkin Spice Sugar for garnishing
In a mug add the liquor and balsamic vinegar. In a microwave-safe liquid measuring cup, heat the apple cider until piping hot. After heating, pour the cider into the mug and mix until all ingredients are combined. Top the cider with whipped cream and sprinkle with the Pumpkin Spice Sugar before enjoying.
