Salads don't have to have a ton of ingredients to be delicious. A few fresh, healthy ingredients can be transformed into something outstanding with the addition of a bit of seasoning and balsamic vinegar. This is exemplified perfectly in this simple springtime edamame salad!

In a medium bowl, add the thawed edamame beans, feta cheese and cranberries (if desired). Add the Lemon Pepper Seasoning and sea salt to the bowl. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar on top of the beans and cheese and mix well to combine. 

Serve immediately or chill in the fridge overnight to let the flavors meld.
