Trader Joe’s is known for going out of the box with the seasonal goodies. This year, they introduced stuffing flavored popcorn and potato chips! We’ve taken inspiration from their Thanksgiving-themed snacks and given it our own Rocky Mountain Olive Oil twist, featuring our Sage Infused Olive Oil and some of our other favorite seasonings.

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 cups freshly popped, warm air-popped popcorn
• 2 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Sage Infused Olive Oil
• 1-1.5 Tablespoons Grind Spice Co. Salt-Free All Purpose Seasoning
• 1-2 teaspoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Black Truffle Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Place the popcorn into a large bowl. Drizzle the popcorn with the olive oil and sprinkle over the All Purpose Seasoning and Truffle Salt (just 1 teaspoon of the salt to start). With a large spoon or spatula until popcorn is evenly coated. Taste and add more salt or all purpose seasoning as desired.
