INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Tablespoon peach jam or preserves
• 2 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 oz vodka
• ½ cup prosecco
• Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish  

DIRECTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker combine the peach jam, balsamic vinegar and vodka and shake well to combine. Strain into a cocktail glass and then top off each with chilled prosecco. Garnish the glass with a fresh rosemary sprig and enjoy!
