Balsamic Peach Spritz Punch
- 1 Tablespoon peach jam or preserves
- 2 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 oz vodka
- ½ cup prosecco
- Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
In a cocktail shaker combine the peach jam, balsamic vinegar and vodka and shake well to combine. Strain into a cocktail glass and then top off each with chilled prosecco. Garnish the glass with a fresh rosemary sprig and enjoy!
