Blueberry Pie Chia Seed Pudding

This chia seed pudding is made with a mixture of antioxidant-packed chia seeds, heart-healthy rolled oats, rich blueberry balsamic and a hint of pumpkin pie spice. Make a big batch ahead of time and enjoy for breakfast all week!

In a mason jar or other sealable container, add the oats, chia seeds, salt and Pumpkin Pie Spice. Drizzle in the balsamic vinegar and add the fresh blueberries (if desired). Add in the milk and mix everything together with a spoon until combined.
Cover and let the mixture rest in the fridge for at least 12 hours before enjoying. For best results, mix up the pudding before eating.
