I N S T R U C T I O N S : 

  1. In large a bowl, add the olive oil, balsamic, brown sugar, cocoa powder, instant espresso and Rocky Mountain House Blend Salt.
  2.  Whisk together these ingredients until well combined.
  3. Add the stake to the bowl, cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium high and grill the steak for 3-5 minutes per side (thicker steaks may need longer).
  5. Remove the steak from the heat and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Slice the steak against the grain before enjoying.
