Chocolate Espresso Grilled Steak

- In large a bowl, add the olive oil, balsamic, brown sugar, cocoa powder, instant espresso and Rocky Mountain House Blend Salt.
- Whisk together these ingredients until well combined.
- Add the stake to the bowl, cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium high and grill the steak for 3-5 minutes per side (thicker steaks may need longer).
- Remove the steak from the heat and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice the steak against the grain before enjoying.
