Deviled Egg Cracker Bites
Classic recipes have a place in our heart, but sometimes a unique spin can keep things fresh. Deviled eggs are one of those items where experimentation is highly encouraged. You can add all kinds of ingredients to them such as bacon, chives, salmon, avocado... the list goes on. This recipe has all the tastes of classic, creamy deviled eggs, with a little twist. Try it for your next potluck or family appetizer.
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Grind Spice Co Aged Balsamic Salt
- 1 Tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 1 package crackers of choice
- Grind Spice Co Jalapeño Everything Bagel Seasoning for topping
Place eggs in a large pot, covered with at least 2 inches of water. Heat on high to a full boil, then turn off heat immediately. Cover and leave over burner 10-12 minutes.
Remove eggs from warm water and submerge in an ice bath until completely cooled.
Remove shells and chops eggs into very small pieces.
Mix chopped eggs with all remaining ingredients, except for crackers and Jalapeño Everything Bagel Seasoning and stir together.
Scoop desired amount of egg salad over crackers and garnish with Jalapeño Everything Bagel Seasoning and serve.
