- Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Herbes de Provence Olive Oil, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
