I N G R E D I E N T S :

• 1 tablespoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
• juice of 1 lemon
• juice of 1 lime
• 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
• sparkling water
• ice

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

1. In a shaker, combine Persian Lime Olive Oil, lemon juice, lime juice and honey or agave syrup.
2. Shake well until the mixture is emulsified.
3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
4. Pour the olive oil and citrus mixture over the ice.
5. Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
