Plantiful Kiki Inspired Peach Dijon Dressing
This Plantiful Kiki–Inspired Peach Dijon Dressing is a simple, flavorful plant-based dressing made with Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, onion and poppy seeds. Inspired by Plantiful Kiki's use of our Peach Balsamic in her plant-based recipes, it balances juicy peach sweetness with tangy Dijon for an easy dressing that's bright, versatile and full of flavor.
Drizzle it over green salads, grain bowls and roasted vegetables, or use it as a flavorful dip. It's an easy way to turn Peach White Balsamic Vinegar into a fresh, fruit-forward dressing with just a handful of ingredients.
