Peach, Proscuitto & Brie Tart
A sweet and savory puff pastry tart baked with peaches, brie and prosciutto and drizzled in honey and our Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar. Its simple and amazing.
I N G R E D I E N T S :
- 6 pieces prosciutto
- 3 peaches
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 oz brie, medium round
- 4 tbsp Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
I N S T R U C T I O N S :
- Turn oven on to heat indicated on puff pastry package. Precook the puff pastry for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
- Top puff pastry with prosciutto, peaches, honey and brie, then cook for remaining time indicated on puff pastry package.
- Remove from oven and top with Strawberry Balsamic.
