- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large bowl, combine the Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar, Cayenne Chili Pepper Olive Oil, soy sauce/tamari, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
