Tarragon Balsamic Roasted Vegetables

This colorful assortment of seasonal vegetables is roasted to perfection with the distinctive flavor of our Tarragon Balsamic VinegarOlive Wood Smoked Olive Oil, and Zapp Spice Blend. Garnished with fresh chopped tarragon this side dish is aromatic, bursting with color and full of flavor.

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with Tarragon White Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil, Zapp Spice Blend, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  5. Garnish with fresh chopped tarragon before serving.
