Our Blackberry-Ginger balsamic vinegar is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and fragrant with the clean, natural flavor of blackberry and ginger. Super tasty as a dressing, marinade or used in Asian cuisine sauces, it's divine when paired with our Persian Lime or Gochujang Infused Olive Oils. As with all of our balsamics, it's aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
