I N S T R U C T I O N S :

  1. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic, and honey until smooth.
  2. Make a slit in the side of each bread slice to create a pocket. Stuff each pocket with the ricotta mixture and sliced strawberries.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Dip each stuffed bread slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the French toast slices until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and extra strawberries.
