Balsamic, Berry & Ricotta Stuffed French Toast

- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic, and honey until smooth.
- Make a slit in the side of each bread slice to create a pocket. Stuff each pocket with the ricotta mixture and sliced strawberries.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Dip each stuffed bread slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the French toast slices until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and extra strawberries.
