Buttery Serrano Honey Glazed Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp. Mince the garlic.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Once the butter is melted, add in the Serrano Honey Balsamic, hot sauce and ZAPP seasoning.
Bring this mixture to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp until just done, 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the sauce, set aside and cover with a plate or foil to keep warm.
Continue to boil the sauce for a few more minutes until it has reduced by about a 1/3. Pour over the shrimp along with Garlic Ginger Rice and some bread on the side to sop up any leftover deliciousness.
