Coconut “Mojito” Mocktail
- 1 Tablespoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar + more if desired
- 1 teaspoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic Vinegar + more if desired
- 8 oz unflavored sparkling water or club soda
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Into an ice-filled glass, pour in the balsamics and sparkling water and mix with a spoon until combined. Taste test and adjust by adding additional balsamic or water to your liking.
Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!
