I N G R E D I E N T S :

• 1 tablespoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar + more if desired
• 1 teaspoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic Vinegar + more if desired
• 8 oz unflavored sparkling water or club soda
• fresh mint leaves for garnish

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

Into an ice-filled glass, pour both balsamics and sparkling water and mix with a spoon until combined. Taste test and adjust by adding additional balsamic or water to your liking.
