  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts in Garlic Infused salt and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy on the edges, turning halfway through.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the Cranberry Pear Balsamic, tamari, Garlic Infused Honey, ginger, and garlic. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Drizzle the glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
