Creamy Rosemary Pumpkin Ravioli
Love ravioli but you don't want to spend hours in kitchen making the pasta? 20 minutes is all you need to make this delicious creamy pumpkin ravioli for dinner. Seasoned with fresh rosemary, our Devil's Backbone and lots of parmigiano cheese, it will be a house favorite!
I N G R E D I E N T S :
I N S T R U C T I O N S :
- Add Rosemary Infused Olive Oil and minced garlic to a sauce pan and cook on low for 3-5 minutes to get the garlic nice and fragrant
- Add the nutmeg
- Turn heat up to med/low
- Add the pumpkin puree, stirring
- Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Pour in the half and half, whisking to incorporate
- Add in the fresh rosemary, parmigiano cheese, salt and Devil's Backbone Seasoning
- Turn heat up to medium and bring it to a low boil
- Once it’s at this point turn heat back down to low
- Pour the cooked ravioli in to the pumpkin sauce, mix, drizzle Pumpkin Spice Balsamic over the top if desired, and serve
