Key Lime G&T
- 2 ounces gin (we like Empress 1908 Indigo Gin)
- 4 ounces tonic water
- 1-2 teaspoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar
- Garnish: 2 lime wheels
1. Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the gin.
2. Top with the tonic water and the Key Lime Balsamic and gently stir.
3. Garnish with lime wheels or seasonal garnishes
