Maple Balsamic Granola
Homemade granola is easy to make! You can customize ingredients to your liking and skip out on the excessive added sugars and preservatives. Try making this recipe in bulk on the weekend and enjoying it for breakfast during the week!

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the rolled oats, cocoa nibs, chia seeds, cranberries, almonds, sunflower seeds and cinnamon sugar. Add in the balsamic vinegar and mix until well combined.
Pour the granola onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally for evening baking.
When done, remove the granola from the oven and cool completely before enjoying or storing.
