2 Minute Tzatziki Sauce
Looking for a quick, but healthy snack? Try our 2 Minute Tzatziki Sauce! Made with rich extra virgin olive oil and refreshing Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar you get all the flavors of classic Greek Tzatziki with none of the fuss!
- 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar
- Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, add in the yogurt, minced garlic, dill, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix with a spoon until well combined. Add in a few dashes of salt and pepper to the dip, mix and taste again. Adjust seasoning as needed and enjoy with veggies, pita or pretzels.
