This elegant white chocolate mousse is elevated with the bright citrus and vanilla undertones of our Orange Vanilla Balsamic, creating a light, airy dessert that melts in your mouth.

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the Orange Vanilla Balsamic.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Garnish with fresh orange zest and serve chilled.
