Homemade granola is easy to make and even easier to eat! This flavor-packed simple recipe takes less than half an hour to make and bake. Enjoy it as a healthy breakfast with yogurt and milk or indulge in some ice cream with a crunchy granola topping.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 250 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all the rolled oats, cocoa nibs, chia seeds, cranberries, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Be sure to mix well to evenly distribute the cinnamon.

Add the honey and balsamic vinegar to the granola and mix well, ensuring everything is coated with the honey and balsamic.

Pour the granola out onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

Cook the granola in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once baked is complete, remove the granola from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
