- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with Oregano Olive Oil, minced garlic and Applewood Smoked Salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
