I N G R E D I E N T S :

• 1 cup fresh watermelon juice (blended & strained)
• 1 Tbsp Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Watermelon Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Basil Infused Olive Oil
• 1 cup sparkling water (or prosecco)
• Ice
• Fresh basil for garnish
• Optional: 2 oz vodka or gin

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

1. Whisk watermelon juice, balsamic, and basil oil vigorously.
2. Fill glasses with ice.
3. Pour mixture halfway up.
4. Top with sparkling water or prosecco.
