I N G R E D I E N T S :

• 1 cup diced watermelon
• 1 tablespoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 teaspoon honey
• club soda
• ice

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

1. In a blender, puree the diced watermelon until smooth.
2. Strain the watermelon puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass.
3. Add Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar and honey to the glass and stir until combined.
4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
5. Top with club soda and stir gently.
