Balsamic vinegar in a cocktail!? Yes!
It may sound strange, but the sweet, rich and slightly acidic flavors of our premium balsamic vinegars make great additions to an endless variety of cocktails and other mixed drinks. In fact, adding vinegar to drinks is a longstanding tradition. During the American Revolution mixed fruit, water, and vinegar drinks called “Shrubs” were popular (although usually not spiked with alcohol).
So what better way to weather tough times and be patriotic than to indulge in one of these delicious balsamic cocktails while practicing social distancing!
