Heat Cayenne Olive Oil In a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Add the corn and green onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and season with sumac and House Blend Salt. Set aside.
Spread the greek yogurt in a shallow dish. Top with the corn mixture. Just before serving, add the cucumber and finish with a 1 or 2 teaspoon drizzle of Cayenne Olive Oil. Serve with naan or pita wedges.
