- In a large mixing bowl, beat the Butter Olive Oil and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Scoop the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten each ball with the back of a spoon or your fingers to form round discs.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the tops are set.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
