I N G R E D I E N T S :

1 cup dried lentils, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
6 cups vegetable broth
1 tablespoon Grind Spice Co Sweetgrass Prairie Blend
salt and pepper to taste

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic in Garlic Infused Olive Oil until softened.
Add lentils, carrot, celery, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth and Sweetgrass Prairie Blend.
