  1. In a bowl, whisk together Oregano Balsamic, Garlic Olive Oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add quartered mushrooms to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated mushrooms along with the marinade to the skillet.
  4. Cook mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender and the liquid has evaporated.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish or as a topping for salads or pasta.
